The role

Join HelloFresh as a Senior IT Support Specialist, where you'll play an important role in the commissioning of our new Esky 2.0 distribution center and decommissioning Esky 1 / BeCool Couriers. Based at Eastern Creek (4 days) and Chippendale (1 day), you'll provide top-tier IT support across our APAC region.

Reporting to the IT Support Lead APAC, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team in Sydney, Auckland, Melbourne, and Brisbane, supporting HelloFresh AU, HelloFresh NZ, YouFoodz, and BeCool Couriers. You'll also have opportunities to engage in global projects with IT teams across the HelloFresh Group.

What you’ll do

Technical Support:

  • Onsite support for the Esky distribution centre and co-located BeCool Couriers. 
  • Provide expert technical support to end-users for barcode scanners, mobile devices, printers, and other warehouse-specific technologies.
  • Document and track all support requests using our Jira ticketing system.
  • Assist other IT team members 
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

System Administration:

  • Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls for our systems.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware specific to the corporate and distribution centre environment.
  • Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to optimise performance.
  • Assist with IT projects, including upgrades and deployments of new technologies.

Training and Onboarding:

  • Provide training and support to new employees and IT Engineers on IT systems and procedures.
  • Create training materials and documentation to facilitate user adoption.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices.
  • Monitor and investigate security incidents.
  • Assist with security audits and compliance assessments.

Network Management:

  • Work with and under the direction of the FCIT team to maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless access points, and cabling.
What you’ll bring
  • You have relevant experience in using and supporting our primary technologies Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related field, preferably within a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
  • Technical: Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and warehouse-specific technologies such as Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office, SentinelOne, Zscaler, InTune, JAMF, Windows, Mac, and Android.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
