About The Team:

What You Will Be Doing:

• Conduct site audits including but not limited too GMP, Quality Compliance, Ice Processes and Yard Audits
• Raise quality and safety issues following the ICS process whilst ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders
• Lead projects and tasks to ensure the site is compliant to Food Safety and Quality standards
• Conduct routine processes such as, but not limited to, temperature monitoring, scale and calibration checks
• Maintain up to date and accurate records on production, food safety data and analyse said data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement

Who You Are:

• Holder of HACCP and Food Safety Level 2
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Food industry
• Previous experience working with Quality Management Systems 
• Experience completing audits and using corrective action to rectify the non-conformances raised

Location: The Beehive, Bermuda Industrial Estate, 1 St Georges Way, Nuneaton, CV10 7JS

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 8am - 5pm
