We are looking for an organizationally strong, and communicative Technical Enablement Manager (m/f/d) to help us revolutionize our customer experience. - Implementation of Connected Training Floors: You ensure a smooth process in the implementation of our Connected Training Floors, such as interfaces to member management, smart cardio, and much more for our customers
- Implementation of Apps: You are responsible for the successful implementation of our personalized apps for our customers with all technical feature sets
- Customer Satisfaction: You engage closely with customers and partners to understand their needs, drive implementation, and deliver lasting satisfaction
- Collaboration: You work closely with our experienced Product team in the area of interfaces and apps to create an optimal customer experience and continuously improve the process
- Documentation: You support the creation and updating of documentation, such as on Notion, to keep all stakeholders up to date
- Coordination: You continuously coordinate with other teams in Operations and Customer Success to achieve common goals and share knowledge
- Experience in Customer Relations: You have experience in working with customers and can successfully manage customer meetings, even for more complex customer issues
- Technical Affinity: You have a strong technical understanding of software systems and mobile apps and are ideally familiar with APIs. Programming skills are an advantage
- Way of Thinking and Working: You are characterized by analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, have a high level of consulting competence, and a quick grasp of new ideas
- Organizational Skills: You can effectively manage multiple projects and tasks in parallel and find solutions promptly through close communication with your colleagues
- Soft Skills: You are curious, proactive, eager to learn and adaptable to change
- Tools: You have very good Excel skills and have already worked with Salesforce and Jira
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English, plus fluent in at least one of these languages: Spanish, French, or Dutch. German is a nice to have
- Product Knowledge: You have a comprehensive understanding of our API platform, including our partner integrations and our customizable apps
- Implementation of Features: You play a key role in the successful implementation of product features
- Process: You have actively shaped the implementation process
- Collaboration: You are appreciated by your team and key stakeholders from Support, Order Management, Customer Success, Sales, and Product for your collaboration and valuable contribution
