About the roleSyncron is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the company’s Service Management product portfolio through a period of investment and innovation as the company and platform scales to support their customers’ transition to equipment-as-a-service business models. This Product Manager will report to the Vice President of Product Management in the Service Fulfillment area, managing a Product Owner.
What would you do?-
Syncron is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the company’s Service Management product portfolio through a period of investment and innovation as the company and platform scales to support their customers’ transition to equipment-as-a-service business models. This Product Manager will report to the Vice President of Product Management in the Service Fulfillment area, managing a Product Owner. What would you do? Product Management:
- Product Development: Define and manage product requirements, focusing on feasibility, desirability, and viability, and their alignment with the market. Oversee the entire product life cycle from ideation to execution.
- Market & Technical Analysis: Carry out the necessary depth of market and technical research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for innovation. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and prioritise technical requirements.
- Discovery: Ensure candidate features and capabilities are well understood and validated before they go into a backlog. Build to meet the super-set of needs in the market, rather than the sub-set of needs for an individual customer.
- Innovation: Keep abreast of industry trends, bring in new technologies, and technically innovate to ensure the platform remains in front.
- Strategy: Alongside the VP of your area, develop and communicate a product roadmap, prioritising improvements that are in line with the strategic directionand vision of the company.
- Communication: Work with stakeholders across multiple timezones and cultures to ensure product sucess across all relevant markets
- Best Practice: Master product discipline, practice, and process to build a culture that is continuously improving and sets the bar for excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design and research teams to ensure product management processes are cross-functional and help the company achieve its’ wider aims.
- Performance Tracking: Define, track, and analyse key metrics to ensure the product is successful and features are genuinely delivering value.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Drive continuous improvement of the product using insights learned from the data on performance.

- You have 4-7 years of product management experience, with a significant focus on B2B SaaS product management, platform products, and growth, in more than one organisation.
- An ability to set a high bar not only for yourself, but your team too. Empowering them to achieve great results, through inspiring development & mentorship. ‘Rock Stars’ need not apply.
- Collaborative and empathic. You understand and promote that highly functioning successful modern working environments are predicated on collaborative servant leadership models, not command and control. You actively seek the needs of the team over your own.
- Innovative pragmatism. Successfully balancing the need to constantly push towards end delivery, against your desire for real consumer innovation.
