What you’ll do

The Doctolib Hospital team is the main point of contact for our stakeholders in both public and private hospital sectors. You will be part of a team of professionals committed to simplifying the lives of healthcare personnel and improving access to healthcare for all of us through our solutions. The purpose of the role is to maximize market success through the management of strategic projects in synergy with partners and clients.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead project initiatives aimed at transforming the way patients interact with healthcare providers (hospitals and regions). You will work in collaboration with the Sales Team, Operations Team, and our partners, and will be responsible for managing all functional and technical aspects of the deployment of Doctolib services within hospitals.

You will be part of one of the most ambitious European projects involved in the digitization of healthcare.

Your responsibilities will mainly involve the following areas:

  • Driving the development of digital solutions in the healthcare industry
  • Delivering complex cross-functional technology initiatives for patient reception
  • Influencing systems owners, engineering priorities & architecture decisions
  • Building & maintaining relationships with clients and partners involved in the project
  • Meeting project timelines according to agreed objectives
Who you are

These are the necessary requirements to join the team:

  • You have a master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Technical Project Management: you have 10 years of experience in the role, leading and delivering SW solutions, ideally in the digital healthcare industry
  • You have proven experience in systems interoperability
  • You can lead business requirements and technical alignment discussions
  • You have clear and concise verbal and written communication for program deliverables (inc. technical specifications, design document, roadmap and program status)
  • Languages: Native-level Italian, fluent English

In addition, the following will be considered as pluses:

  • 5+ years experience in global environments and international stakeholder management
  • 3+ years experience in digital healthcare management
  • Possession of any of these professional certifications: PRINCE2®, PMI/PMP, IPMA, ISIPM, AgilePM®, Scrum Master, ITIL 4, COBIT, IFPUG
