Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

As a Technical Program Manager for NPI Operations, you will accelerate the journey of next-generation hardware from early development to seamless global production. Partnering closely with Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Quality, and manufacturing partners, you will bridge hardware and firmware maturity with operational readiness and build schedules. You will proactively identify risks, drive cross-functional issue resolution, and ensure our complex platforms scale smoothly with uncompromising quality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive End-to-End NPI Program Execution: Direct assigned hardware platforms through development, qualification builds, pilot production, and production ramp, managing integrated schedules, dependencies, and risk mitigation across Engineering and Operations to achieve predictable product delivery dates.
  • Champion Early DFM & Technical Engagement: Partner with Hardware, Mechanical, Firmware, and Test Engineering early in the development lifecycle to evaluate design-for-manufacturability, testability, and scalability tradeoffs, eliminating potential manufacturing bottlenecks before mass production.
  • Ensure Operational & Factory Readiness: Collaborate with global Contract Manufacturers and internal Operations teams on process validation, yield tracking, test execution, and material availability, directly protecting product quality and delivery metrics during production ramp.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Risk & Issue Resolution: Structure and resolve complex technical and operational challenges across Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering teams, applying data-driven root-cause analyses to maintain momentum and align leadership on critical program decisions.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Technical Hardware & DFM Expertise: Deep understanding of hardware and firmware integration, manufacturing test processes, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles for complex integrated hardware platforms or enterprise storage/server architectures.
  • NPI & Global Manufacturing Operations: Proven capability managing New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycles, qualification builds, pilot production, and production scaling in collaboration with global Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and supplier ecosystems.
  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills to structure ambiguous technical or operational challenges, evaluate tradeoffs, and apply root-cause analysis to mitigate schedule, cost, and quality risks.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead, influence, and align multidisciplinary teams—including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality—without direct authority, translating technical issues into clear program decisions.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
