What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting activities for assigned requisitions including sourcing, resume review, interviewing and offer negotiation for all technical roles within EMEA
  • Serve as a talent partner for assigned requisitions, collaborating with all levels within the organisation
  • Become an expert at identifying candidates that meet Logicmonitor hiring criteria 
  • Develop and implement creative approaches to uncover new or specific sources of talent, utilising advanced recruitment sourcing techniques
  • Demonstrate versatility with being able to recruit for a number of roles within different teams as and when the business requires it
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Participate in team projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics

What You'll Need:

  • 3 - 5 years' professional recruiting experience within a technology vendor or other relatable experience
  • A proven background of success with 2-3 years experience recruiting technical roles, specifically focused on Engineering and Development positions, within EMEA
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Ability to think out of the box proactively and devise strategic sourcing campaigns to drive passive candidates engagement
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members & Stakeholders to ensure results are achieved 
  • Metrics and results driven
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple roles simultaneously 
  • Highly coachable, hungry to learn and develop your skill set
