SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and define talent needs required to drive the company’s growth.
- Drive the development and execution of the recruiting strategy for various positions within the engineering dept.
- Source candidates through a variety of avenues, ensuring we’re identifying the top talent in the industry.
- Ensure a top candidate experience for everyone we interact with, positively reflecting Pure Storage's employment brand.
- Ensure accurate data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- At least 5 years technical recruiting experience in the high tech industry
- Deep understanding of the full technical recruiting lifecycle, including candidate development, internal client management, negotiation and closing
- Firm grasp of technical landscape in the markets we're in, with a focus on Software Engineering teams
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and evaluate candidates to understand their technical experience
- Deep sourcing expertise, with advanced internet recruiting understanding/experience
- Strong business acumen, with an understanding of the competitive talent market
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced company
- B.A./B.S. Degree or equivalent experience
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the {{Santa Clara, CA} office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $134,000– $202,000
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
