Job Overview: As a Talent Sourcer at ThoughtSpot, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent in the market. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing candidates across various channels to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of open roles and the ideal candidate profiles.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Engage with potential candidates to understand their career aspirations and introduce them to opportunities at ThoughtSpot.
  • Maintain and manage the candidate database, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately reflects the pipeline status.
  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening conversations to assess candidate fit.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve the sourcing process and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management tools.
  • A passion for recruiting and finding the right talent to drive business success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sourcing for roles in the technology sector.
  • Knowledge of analytics and data-related roles.
  • Understanding of ThoughtSpot’s mission and product offerings.
