What you’ll do

The Technical Services team is at the heart of the Doctolib ecosystem. Its mission is to improve the user experience, by helping other teams solve highly technical issues. During all onboarding phases we help our teams with the most technical tasks and configurations by providing them our support and expertise.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1) Support Sales, Deployment and Onboarding teams during the entire installation phase:

  • Manage and optimize the integration of practitioner data, in order to import them into Doctolib
  • Ensure high quality of service to our sales teams in the field of the onboarding of practitioners on Doctolib
  • Setup, install and troubleshoot API connectors with our partners
  • Answer technical questions and define solutions to obstacles encountered
  • Contribute to the improvement of the existing processes in order to offer an effective, efficient and smooth experience to our customers

2) Link Engineering teams with the customers:

  • Collect feedbacks from the field and share meaningful information with the product teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration processes (analyze, identify, resolve and improve)
  • Interact with the sales, customer support and development teams to improve the product and document problems encountered
Who you are

You could be our next team mate if you: 

  • Possess a C1/C2 level in Italian and a B2/C1 level in English (spoken and written)
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (or a related field) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Are an excellent communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences (e.g. explaining a technical issue to a non-technical person) 
  • Always follow a strong solution-oriented and customer-first work approach with extra attention to details
  • Understand application architectures/interfaces, their data flow and interfacing very well

Now, it would be fantastic if you: 

  • Have a good understanding of data import automation flows and experience with data manipulation and data cleaning processes (Regex expression, VBA, Advanced Excel Formula)
  • Regularly used ETL (Talend) and are able to handle data in various formats (eg. JSON, CSV, SQL, etc)
  • Are proficient in Python/HTML/Javascript with coding experiences as well as experience in SQL and E/R databases.
  • Can say you have strong knowledge of Microservice architectures and  REST/SOAP APIs
  • Have experience in technical support: able to identify/characterize an anomaly and develop a first investigation in a timely manner
