We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Partnership Manager (Cloud) to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing strategic technology partnerships that are crucial to the growth and success of Collibra. You ensure that we have seamless integration and collaborate across product, engineering and GTM functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technology background, understanding of GenAI/LLMs, and knowledge of data & AI platforms (such as Databricks, GCP BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake).

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute technology partnership(s) by aligning strategy and relationship with company goals, customer needs and product roadmap.
  • Relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations. This includes developing strong technical relationships with key stakeholders across a partner’s organization, fostering collaboration and identifying new opportunities.
  • Integration, architecture and roadmap: Work with product management (internal and partners) to align integration, product roadmap and joint architecture.
  • Customer alignment and use cases: Engage with Collibra customers and partners to understand key use cases, develop supporting materials (demo, demo scripts, guides and blogs) and ensure the joint roadmap is aligned to customer needs and partner product enhancements.
  • Go-to-market collaboration: Engage with marketing and sales teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies and collateral. Enable sales teams with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively position Collibra with the partner(s).

 

You have

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, technical consulting, solution architecture or technical alliances within the software or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated experience working with and understanding data platforms, analytics, or developer tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, GCP BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, dbt).
  • Proven track record of developing partner relationships and technical knowledge to support customer, partner and product conversations.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required

  • Data-driven and capable of tracking and presenting results
  • Interested in data and being part of a team that is focused on importance of data for our customers
  • Knowledgeable about Collibra’s ecosystem focused on data management and data governance 

Reporting to VP, Technology Partnerships your measures of success:

  • Within your first month, you will absorb fundamental knowledge about Collibra processes/tools and start working with partners & cross-functional internal relationships
  • Within your third month, you will have built relationships with key technology partners and be able to articulate current partnership and lead collaboration across product teams
  • Within your sixth month, you will have become the go-to person within the Collibra organization for the technical aspects of strategic technology partners

The standard base salary range for this position is $152,000 - $190,000 per year. This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
