Your mission

  • You are the first point of contact for our international customers with questions about their orders, our products and our promotions
  • You are responsible for handling written correspondence on all available channels in all our markets with a strong focus on Social Media Channels and our Communities such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp
  • You hear and feel the needs of our customers and have an open eye and ear when it comes to feedback from the customer and are creative in finding satisfying solutions
  • You will work closely together with other departments such as E-Commerce, Operations, Product Management and Social Media
  • You speak / write Spanish, Italian, French or Dutch fluently - that is definitily a plus!

Your profile

  • You can express yourself very well in English and German
  • You have excellent grammar and spelling skills
  • Ideally, you already know the field of customer service, customer care or customer service, but career changers are also very welcome
  • You convince with your outgoing nature and your first-class service mentality
  • You are familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Whatsapp
  • You are a team player and enjoy working with people
  • You stand out by a strong ability to organize yourself and your work
