We’re looking for a Territory Management Strategist to help us create and maintain multiple sales territory frameworks and provide analysis of actual results. You’ll be working with sales managers and other members of the sales operations team to execute territory plans and maintain effective Data Management and data hygiene standards and expectations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Review, organize and analyze complex sales datasets and trends to ensure accuracy of sales territories, targets, and financial planning and to build and maintain organizational hierarchies.
  • Provide data reporting and analytical support to leaders in areas such as Go-To-Market, business and Sales Operations planning, coverage optimization, demand management, forecasting, territory planning and performance management.
  • Drive the creation and implementation of processes and procedures that monitor and enforce data governance policies
  • Monitor, track and report key metrics related to data hygiene, account hierarchy data, account duplications, etc. and provide recommendations for change and improvements to Sales and Operations leadership.
  • Actively engage in and contribute to cross-functional projects, including development of various sales operations processes and internal standards. 
  • Support the sales operations and enablement teams in championing and rolling-out of related enablement activities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Significant relevant experience
  • Bachelor degree in Business or other relevant field
  • Strong understanding of core business processes in a B2B SaaS environment: sales, marketing, customer support and success, professional services
  • Demonstrate a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and highly analytical - able to manipulate large data sets
  • Deep experience in using GTM tools: Salesforce, Excel, GDrive office suite, Data 
  • Advanced knowledge Excel and/or Google Sheets (including experience with functions, pivot tables, modeling etc.). Extensive data management experience. Tableau experience preferred.
