We’re looking for a Third Party Management Coordinator to join our growing team in Tallinn, Estonia.

Third Party Management Coordinator is the entry-level role in Wise’s Third Party Management Team. Coordinators are the first point of contact for Wise’s third parties and will be the face of Wise. In this role, our team members have the opportunity to gain a solid understanding of our vendors, our outsourcing strategy, the products and priorities of Wise, and most importantly, their impact on our customers. 

Third Party Management Coordinator's duties and responsibilities:
  • Account management - Owns a set list of accounts as the key contact holder; solving ad-hoc issues, contributing to the Wise customer support strategy, collaborating with vendors on maintaining and expanding the relationship. Performs basic and routine vendor management functions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Vendor Procurement - Collaborates with Wise teams in finding the right vendor for their team, makes sure we have followed the proper procurement procedure and documented the decision.
  • Vendor Onboarding - understands and executes vendor onboarding process post finalising the vendors on the needs of the teams. Make sure the vendor onboarding has been done properly as per the established procedures.
  • Quality Assurance - Owns the oversight of the QA process and helping to draft and upkeep the quality strategy for the vendor.
  • IntraWise support - Collaborates with Team Leads, Compliance, Quality Control and several other stakeholders to ensure all legal and internal requirements are filled when it comes to the vendors.
  • Process design & improvement - Documents and shares feedback on process needs or pain points in vendor management lifecycle.

The Third Party Management Coordinator is reporting directly to the Third Party Management Lead. 

As the Third Party Management Coordinator you should have the following skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Good client relationship and communication skills.
  • A "can do" attitude and willingness to tackle a range of issues.
  • A creative, constructive mindset, that helps to improve processes.

About the role:
  • Salary: 2000 EUR (gross/monthly) + stock options
  • Expected start date: Q4 2023
  • Open to people who are legally eligible to work in Estonia (we don't offer visa or relocation sponsorship for this role)
