The role

We’re looking for you to join our HelloFresh People Team as Total Rewards Manager in our Berlin Global Headquarters.

We have recently established a global compensation framework at HelloFresh, and this role will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely compensation & benefits administration processes as we move from start up to scale up. This role will provide exceptional customer service, as the go to person for employee queries regarding our equity program.

What you’ll do
  • Administer all starters/movers/leavers data in Shareworks/Solium - our equity platform
  • Support with the collation and analysis data to support senior decision making.
  • Support the creation of routine and ad hoc reports
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Tier 0 portal with all relevant information regarding our equity programs, continually enhancing the employee self service experience
  • Support the continuous improvement of our processes in partnership with Legal, Finance, People teams
  • Support the smooth running of our year end pay review process, salary benchmarking and equity scheme
  • Work with our People Analytics team to gather internal insights into relative market positioning, developing subject matter expertise on pay, salary ranges, and benefits programs
  • Gather data for salary survey participation and analyse information from third-party survey providers to identify changes in the market
  • Own all equity administration and ongoing maintenance of the company's employee equity portal, dealing with participant and employee queries regarding share scheme matters and acting as the key contact for all equity queries
  • Support on global equity matters, projects and employee awareness & communication materials, working closely with key business partners in Legal, Finance, People teams
  • Deal with audit requests, produce and maintain reports regarding share plan activity for use by internal and external stakeholders
  • Administer the equity grant, documentation and vesting processes, developing and delivering timely communications related to equity awards, including grant notifications, terms and vesting events
What you’ll bring
  • Min. 3 years relevant HR Business Partnering (or very similar) experience, preferably within a high-growth environment
  • Proven track record in independently planning, developing and implementing various People projects across the entire employee lifecycle (i.e. Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Workforce Planning)
  • Feel at home in a fast-paced and demanding environment that develops quickly every day
  • Be able to take on ownership and act autonomously, but work effectively with the entire People team leveraging your collaborative strengths
  • Be an expert communicator with high emotional intelligence
  • Come with strong analytical skills, a good business sense and the ability to deliver hands-on and pragmatic solutions in a constantly changing environment
  • Have strong organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks and projects at once
  • Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Be Tech-savvy and bring professional skills with the entire Office/Google suites (specifically Excel, G-Sheets)
  • Fluency in English is a must (German a huge plus)
  • Experience working in a Tech-industry is a plus

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Have an attention to detail balanced with great customer service skills
  • Experience of working with Willis Towers Watson grading framework is advantageous
  • Experience with the annual pay review cycle including pay review, sourcing/collating market data.
  • Proven experience administering share plans in-house, handling all employee share plan related matters and equity types, to include RSUs and Options
  • A passion for employee share plans and increasing employee knowledge on equity matters, a key pillar of the HelloFresh reward offering
  • Advanced Excel skills, and confidence manipulating data
  • Experience in and knowledge of Global Mobility, Global Tax and Legal matters in relation to equity plans is an advantage
