Total Rewards Program Manager
This hybrid position will be based in our Boston office Monday- Thursday, with Fridays remote.

This role sits within the Corporate Compensation and Equity team, which is responsible for setting the global compensation strategy and managing equity and executive compensation strategy and administration. You will report directly to the Global Head of Corporate Compensation and Equity and play a key role in shaping the compensation landscape for our employees worldwide.
About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead the transformation of our Total Rewards function. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for optimizing and streamlining our compensation and benefits processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing the employee experience. You'll be a key player in building a world-class Total Rewards program that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
What You'll Do:
- Process Optimization and Automation: Analyze current Total Rewards processes (compensation and benefits) to identify opportunities for streamlining, automation, and improved efficiency. Lead the implementation of process improvements, leveraging technology and data to create a seamless and user-friendly experience for employees and Talent teams. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Total Rewards processes and procedures.
- Tiered Service Delivery Model: Design and implement a tiered service delivery model for Total Rewards, ensuring efficient and effective support for employees and managers. Develop process maps and knowledge management resources to facilitate tiered support. Collaborate with HRIS and HR Shared Services to define service level agreements and optimize service delivery.
- Compensation Cycle Management:. Strategically manage the planning and execution of compensation cycles in Workday, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Partner with Compensation and HRIS teams to drive process improvements and automation, enhancing efficiency and the overall experience.
Policy Governance: Develop and maintain Total Rewards policies and procedures, driving alignment and consistency across the company. Communicate policy updates and changes to stakeholders effectively.
- Workday Optimization: Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday enhancements and configurations related to Total Rewards. Partner with HRIS to gather requirements, implement system/data improvements, and enhance the user experience. This will include performing hands-on configuration of calculated fields and other straightforward configurations within Workday.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Talent, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, People Analytics, and Technology. Collaborate to streamline Total Rewards workstreams, leverage data and analytics, and ensure consistency across all programs and policies.
- Communication and Change Management: Develop and execute communication plans to effectively inform employees about Total Rewards programs, policies, and changes. Utilize various communication channels and tools to make communications more efficient and reach diverse employee populations scalably.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Total Rewards, with a strong focus on program management, project management, process improvement, and HRIS systems.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing HR projects and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Total Rewards principles and best practices, particularly within compensation.
- Experience working with Workday, including the Advanced Compensation module, and understand basic configuration and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in HR.
