The Global Centralized Trading Desk (OTS) sits at the intersection of quant strategy, providing oversight, market intelligence, and analytical firepower. We are seeking a Trader that is passionate about the markets and comfortable with a 4 day schedule which includes 1 weekend day.What You’ll Do:

• Control and monitor the performance and execution of trading strategies along with adjusting risk parameters.
• Tackle operational challenges to ensure our automated trading strategies continue to operate at peak performance.
• Work with and closely mentored by seasoned traders (both locally and globally) with years of trading experience with an opportunity to influence the underlying alpha and strategies directly. 
• Provide thorough feedback on strategy performance, market conditions and other impactful trading observations to the team.
• Hands on - front line trading global markets through changing economic conditions and market events.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills you’ll need:

• A passion for trading and the financial markets with at least two years’ experience
• Proven success working with automated trading systems at an electronic trading firm strongly desired
• Strong Python skills. C++ or similar languages are a bonus. 
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
• Self-starting personality with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable and predictable availability
