 This role focuses on supporting the local sales teams globally to deliver successful Agency and Client partnership efficiently. Including: 

  • Working with local sales teams to set-up partnerships effectively in our internal systems. 
  • Accurately track and monitor partnership revenues and communicates to the business
  • Deliver end of Partnership reporting

This role requires close collaboration with Legal and Finance to ensure Partnerships are tracked and monitored compliance to the law and to accounting practices. Additionally, you will  work closely with Sales Operations teams to continuously optimise the process, always looking for areas of improvement and efficiencies

What will this person be doing on a day-to-day basis?

  • Working with the B&A regional leads/local teams to set up Partnership opportunities and agreements in Salesforce and other internal systems
  • Working closely with finance, legal and local teams generally helping/answering questions and acting as the first point of contact on global partnerships 
  • Ongoing monthly alignment checks to verify that l Trading Agreements accounts are up to date and pacing towards their goals  
  • Work with internal Business Intelligence systems (such as Qlik) to identify any data discrepancies. 
  • Track all payments made and services delivered to partners throughout the year

Key Skills and Characteristics

  • Deep understanding of SalesForce.Com
  • High proficiency in SQL
  • High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Proven track record in leading complex projects 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and high EQ
  • Demonstrated capability to maintain confidentiality and deal with highly sensitive information
  • Organized and attention to detail
  • A dedication to time constraints and hitting deadline
  • Passion about high level execution 
  • Ability to work remotely (as an IC) and globally
  • Understanding of the advertising industry or agency experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus
