As a Trading Services Specialist, you will be at the intersection of business and technology, contributing to our efforts to provide a world class trading experience for our counterparties. You will be responsible for managing the counterparty onboarding lifecycle, providing day-to-day support for our bilateral trading platforms, and leading diverse types of projects to completion. You will regularly interact with the business development team, product team, technology team, and back-office team to onboard and support counterparty trading. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Own the entire counterparty onboarding life cycle including connectivity, session setup, conformance testing, and pilot trades. 
  • Monitor and resolve issues in our production trading environment to ensure the experience of counterparties is consistent with expectations for a world class liquidity provider. 
  • Enhance the counterparty trading experience by assisting in the optimization of liquidity provision strategies through trade data/markouts analysis. 
  • Identify and implement new processes and features to improve the counterparty experience. 
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams to test and deliver various system enhancements. 
  • Other duties as assigned or needed. 

 

Skills You Need: 

  • Deep understanding of the counterparty onboarding life cycle including FIX protocol, conformance testing and network routing. 
  • Familiarity with trading systems, order entry and market data protocols, and ability to troubleshoot day-to-day issues that arise. 
  • Product knowledge in a single asset class is required. Knowledge of CFDs is a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 1-3 years of experience in a fast paced, counterparty-facing trading environment.  
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skill Is required.  
  • Ability to lead projects to successful completion, particularly those of a technical nature. 
  • Proficiency in analyzing data from database systems like Clickhouse, MySQL, Splunk, KDB, etc. 
  • Intellectually curious thinker and strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Outstanding organization, time management, and professionalism.
