The Team:

You will be part of the Celonis Academy team which empowers people to be successful with Celonis by delivering impactful learning experiences. We manage the Celonis Academy training platform and develop Celonis’ online and instructor-led training.

Specifically, you will join the Instructor-led Training Team responsible for direct interactions with our stakeholders in strategically developing enablement journeys and delivering training. The instructors are subject matter experts who have practical experience in using Celonis Process Mining in a variety of industries and use cases. They are responsible for delivering course content, answering questions, and providing feedback and support to learners. These sessions typically include lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and group discussions and are delivered by a global team of instructors.

The Role:As a Training Specialist, you’ll become an expert in our innovative Process Mining Technology, giving hands-on training to our partners and customers across Europe. While using the Celonis Platform you’ll gain insights into various use cases and value generation of different companies. To further improve our training approach, you’ll engage in quality assurance programs and measure the success/impact of our training. Subsequently, you’ll come up with creative and innovative training methods and apply your key learnings to enhance the training program. On top of that, you’ll coordinate training in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and create inspiring training materials for our learners. In doing this, you are constantly in touch with colleagues across departments to deliver training targeted to the specific needs of customers to stay at the cutting edge of Celonis.

As an ideal candidate, you will have experience in technical training, software products, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our existing global team to ensure a smooth transition and adherence to our established standards of excellence.

The work you’ll do:

  • Coordinate and hold Live Enablement Workshops
  • Develop and deliver customized Enablement Journeys
  • Consult partners and customers on using the Celonis platform to generate value for their and their client organizations.
  • Develop new Enablement Approaches
  • Foster relationships with key accounts around their enablement needs

The qualifications you need:

  • Successfully completed your studies in Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Business Informatics, Business Education, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
  • Gained hands-on experience in creating and delivering training for different stakeholders
  • A passion for learning and knowledge transfer and are highly interested in Big Data and Data Analytics
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various stakeholders
  • Think analytically, work in a structured manner, and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships
  • Search for a job to think outside the box and continuously broaden your knowledge while having a steep learning curve
  • Enjoy evaluating complex data and working with complicated processes
  • Willingness to travel (<50%)
