YOUR MISSION

Are you passionate about Training and interactive learning methodologies? Do you want to step up and develop your Training career in one of the fastest-growing Startups of Barcelona, improving the learning experience of our Customer Service representatives?

We are looking for a Training Specialist to manage the Training function at our offices in the Europe and Central Asia region. You will be directly responsible for overseeing all training activities of our external Training Team in our local vendor from managing to designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs for Onboarding and Continuous Training globally.

THE JOURNEY

  • Work together with other teams to ensure the deployment of the different training programs (weekly meetings with squads, regional coordinators, projects team and management).
  • Conduct workshops, individual training sessions, provide TTT sessions, onboarding sessions, and remote training sessions with the Hubs.
  • Feedback-mind: provide feedback to DM, colleagues, materials, and processes.
  • Follow and maintain our Jira training request program to give visibility to other teams about training status.
  • Manage our LMS, create courses and programs for our hubs, keep them updated and implement improvements.
  • Be aligned with the e-learning specialist team or/and create/build different training materials, activities, and modules such as Rise, H5p activities, presentations, flyers, videos, focus groups, workshops, etc.
  • Ensure the implementation of the different training modules and activities by coordinating with our freelance translators and send training materials into translations and follow-up status.
  • Update and maintain training reporting, analyze training KPIs results, monitor agent's performance (satisfaction, knowledge Transfer and Adherence). and look for room for improvements. by evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedbacks.
  • Setting a timeline for the projects to cascade down trainings and roll-out dates. Communicate to all hubs when the projects need to be start and course completion follow up with the training coordinators.
  • Attend Weekly Training meetings for updates/follow-up and provide help/support.
  • Create training outlines/guides and determine instructional methods, using knowledge of specific training needs and effectiveness of different methods such as blended training, self-learning…
  • Participate in ONB program creation /modification /maintenance.
  • Identify areas of improvement, innovate training materials, propose new methodologies, search new tools and techniques in teaching & training.
  • Develop detailed and effective Training plans for the projects.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 2-3 years of  Training experience in a similar/same position.
  • English C1 or high level as training sessions and Train The Trainer may be conducted in English and also communications with the hubs.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and facilitating skills to deliver Training sessions and ensure proficient communication with different stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Google tools and M. Office (esp. Slide and PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset.
  • Proficient in learning management systems (LMS), instructional design and e-learning platforms.
  • Be familiar with traditional and modern interactive learning methodologies and learning activities.
  • Availability to travel 50% of the working time or during extended period of time to deliver Training sessions and conduct Training audits in our Hubs.
  • Advanced organizational skills and excellent decision-making skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and work under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of business goals, KPIs, and metrics for customer service.
  • Being able to identify Training needs according to KPIs and performance.
  • Be able to evaluate training performance to determine if training is meeting business needs.
  • Proven ability to complete the full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate).
  • Follow up the Kirk Patrick model and CCCC model.
