What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate EU Entities Liquidity forecast & Management with the Group Assistant Treasurer;
  • Work with Legal & Compliance teams to build a solid Bank administration & Archive; 
  • Work with ERP & SAP teams to implement and improve payments process;
  • Prepare and coordinate all forms of Payment activities;
  • Monitoring and proposing funding based on the needs across all entities;
  • Support and maintain the bank administration for all banks;
  • Support the treasury Analysts & Specialist on day to day activities;
  • Align Bank Administration and Accounts Payable teams with the current objectives of the team and stakeholders.

 

You’ll be great for this role if:

 

  • You have experience in the area of bank administration;
  • You posses cash management expertise;
  • You have a proven Payments track record;
  • You are structured and organised with attention to detail;
  • You have great communication and decision making skills;
  • You enjoy working and sharing knowledge across teams;
  • You're experienced in optimization and process alignment;
  • Your proactive mindset helps you build bridges;
  • You can prioritise and practice distribution of duties autonomously.

It would be considered an advantage if you bring:

  • Funding Knowledge
  • Project Management experience
  • Reconciliation & Audit Knowledge
