What you’ll do:

  • Work with Legal & Compliance teams to build a solid Bank administration (review current activities, consolidate user access, optimise bank relationships, and maintain the activation procedure); 
  • Work with the ERP team to implement and improve the payments process;
  • Prepare all forms of payment activities and monitor completion and reconciliation of the bank;
  • Support and maintain the bank administration for all banks;
  • Coordinate day to day payment and funding activities with the treasury Analysts & Specialist;
  • Align Bank administration and Accounts Payable teams with the current objectives of the team and stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular reconciliations processes, and internal; & external audit.

 

You’ll be great for this role if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar area;
  • You have experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • You have experience in the area of payments and bank administration;
  • You have a proven record of end-to-end process management;
  • You are structured and organised, with attention to detail;
  • You have great communication and decision making skills;
  • You enjoy working and sharing knowledge across teams;
  • Your proactive mindset helps you build bridges;
  • You can prioritise and practice distribution of duties autonomously.

It would be considered an advantage if you bring:

  • Project Management experience
  • Reconciliation & Audit Knowledge
  • Cash visibility reporting experience
