We are a small but mighty Treasury team building out a world-class, tech-centric Treasury function to support Pinterest’s next phase of growth. 

What you’ll do:

• Oversee global cash and bank account management with a focus on improvement opportunities. 
• Responsible for global corporate insurance programs, including renewal placement, oversight of statutory compliance, contract review, reviewing/analyzing risk exposures, and claim management. 
• Establish foreign exchange risk policy, develop and implement strategy to manage and mitigate FX exposures. 
• Knowledge of inter-company relationships, funding strategies, global banking operations.
• Foster strong relationships with strategic external partners, including banks, lenders, brokers, asset managers, and internal stakeholders, including Legal, Tax, Finance, Accounting, IT.
• Focus on operational excellence, develop and maintain best-in-class treasury processes and controls to support Pinterest’s growth, leveraging automated solutions where possible.
• Partner with internal and external teams on all M&A activity, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts.
• Ensure SOX compliance and integrity of SEC and statutory reporting.
• Produce reports and presentations for Executive Management and Board of Director.

What we’re looking for:

• Our PinFlex future of work philosophy requires this role to visit the San Francisco office regularly at the following cadences for collaboration, ideation, and cross-functional partnerships. Annually for events like the Accounting Summit. As needed for Leadership Team Meetings/Strategy sessions. As needed based on business needs and new hire onboarding. • BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA or CTP/CPA/CFA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in treasury
• A superior work ethic and dedication to the highest work quality and job excellence.
• Direct experience working with corporate insurance programs, banking operations, and foreign exchange is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high growth, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to lead through influence.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and execute at strategic and tactical levels.
• Experience with Tableau is a plus
