About the Team:

Trust & Safety is unique for every company and this is especially so at Tools for Humanity.  Here, the Trust and Safety team serves as the connective tissue that protects and nurtures the health of our Operational ecosystem. Our unique growth model of using a global network of Orb Operators to give a free share of Worldcoin to everyone on Earth raises complex, first-of-their-kind challenges. We support multiple functions of the company from empowering safe on-the-ground operations, asset control, addressing privacy concerns, misinformation, fraud and special investigations.  This requires constant collaboration with many stakeholders and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

About the Role:
  • Drive various Trust & Safety projects to execution by aligning closely with stakeholders and keeping key performance indicators on track.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive global safety policies that establish consistent, cutting-edge practices worldwide, fostering a secure and trustworthy environment.
  • Establish clear safety & compliance KPIs, track progress, and effectively communicate insights and updates to leadership, ensuring ongoing measurement of effectiveness.
  • Assess existing protocols for relevance and efficiency; and provide guidance and implementation steps on new ones.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams like Operations, Legal, Engineering and Fraud teams.
  • Innovate and refine internal processes to boost organizational efficiency and productivity, ensuring seamless operations across all functions.
  About You:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • An undergraduate degree from a top university
  • Excellent problem solving skills in fast-paced sometimes ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to understand complex technical issues related to user safety and operational compliance
  • A never-say-quit attitude - you can dig deep when the going gets tough and find a way through.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency using data analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal skills; able to apply these skills in both formal and informal environments.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $200k - $230k, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
