TV Performance Analyst
š£ A bit about the role.
Weāre on the lookout for a TV Performance Analyst (TV focused) to join our vibrant UK & Ireland team in the Marketing Growth department. Our aim? To establish ourselves as the major fresh dog food company in the UK over the next 5 years, continuing on our impressive growth trajectory. Over the past 3 years, our mission has revolved around crafting and implementing a solid TV strategy, hitting targets for brand awareness, and acquiring new customers.
This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will be expected to work from our office in White City - London twice a week. The role will be called internally, and in the contract, TV Performance Manager.
Working closely with the Head of Growth, youāll spearhead the charge of ensuring top-notch campaign execution and optimising our TV media buying strategy. Your role will also involve shaping our forward-thinking strategies.
With a budget firmly in your hands, youāll be entrusted with various objectives aimed at expanding our customer base. Think of new customer acquisition, boosting brand visibility, and upping customer loyalty and retention.
As part of our larger marketing squad, youāll get a broad view of marketing efforts, understanding how TV ads bolster our other channels and propel business growth. Plus, as a key player in the broader business landscape, youāll steer our brand and creative roadmap, steering us toward growth milestones.

Performance Oversight:
- Keep a sharp focus on measurement, continuously reassessing short-, medium-, and long-term performance.
- Steer investments for maximum returns.
- Oversee reporting and evaluation efforts, sharing insights across the company and with our management team.
Partnerships and Innovation:
- Cultivate strong ties with media owners, always hunting for deeper partnerships and fresh innovations.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Collaborate with our creative squad to fine-tune our assets for peak performance.
- Team up closely with our brand squad, conducting tests aimed at accelerating our growth from the top of the funnel. Aiding in developing our multi-channel understanding and strategies.

Analytical and Data-Centric Mindset:
- Channel your inner investigator and have a data mindsetāturning insights into action.
- Proficient in reporting and have a meticulous eye for detail.
Expertise in Brand Growth:
- You have a proven knack for growing brands to success in previous roles.
Understanding of Advertising Dynamics:
- Have a solid grasp of how TV ads fit into a brand's wider marketing mix.
- Experienced in using marketing mix models to shape investment strategies.
Adaptability and Learning Orientation:
- Be adaptable and hungry to learn, diving headfirst into new skills and trends.
Communication Skills and Stakeholder Management:
- Own stellar communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders, making complex information a breeze to understand.
