Our vision is to be the universal symbol of trust, bringing consumers and businesses together through reviews. We are well on our way—but there’s still an exciting journey ahead. Join us at the heart of trust.

We’re looking for a versatile UX Designer with strong visual design skills to help shape intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences, primarily across our business marketing website and digital channels.

Sitting in our Global Studio team (not a traditional product department), this role closely aligns with marketing, bringing our business website strategy to life. If you thrive at the intersection of brand and user experience, and can move confidently from insight to execution, this is the role for you!

You’ll work across disciplines with marketers, developers, content creators, and the wider UX team to enhance our digital presence and help mature our design practices across the organisation.

If you’re motivated to craft thoughtful, effective user experiences that bring marketing and UX closer together, and want to help evolve how design works across disciplines, we’d be interested to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design user-centred interfaces and journeys with a clear emphasis on visual clarity, brand consistency, and brand evolution
  • Explore and evolve early concepts into prototypes and polished designs that bring ideas to life
  • Conduct and apply user research (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys) to guide decisions
  • Collaborate with web developers, CMS Managers and stakeholders to find creative solutions to tricky problems
  • Collaborate with the wider UX team to elevate the design maturity of marketing and web experiences
  • Create and refine digital assets such as landing pages, email templates, and social content
  • Work with the centralised design system team to explore how it can best support marketing and communications needs, ensuring consistency and flexibility across touchpoints
  • Communicate design concepts and user insights through clear, compelling narratives tailored to different stakeholders
  • Use a data-led, problem-focused approach to A/B testing and analytics to identify opportunities and improve user experience and site performance
  • Stay on top of UX best practices and visual design trends
  • Be deeply curious about large, diverse audiences using segmentation and behavioural insights to design for real people at scale

Who you are:

  • Experience in UX/UI design, with a solid foundation in user research and digital marketing design
  • A compelling portfolio that demonstrates the full UX process, from initial research to polished final designs, with experience designing for large audiences
  • Proficiency in key design tools like Figma and Miro/Lucid
  • Experience conducting and synthesising both qualitative and quantitative user research
  • A solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, design systems, and collaborating effectively with web developers
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional, and collaborative environments
  • An engaged and motivated individual who is curious, empathetic, and open to feedback
  • Experience with user behaviour tracking tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics (GA), or Amplitude

What's in it for you?

  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
  • Rich learning and development opportunities are supported through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist
  • Pension and life insurance
