YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a resilient and detail-oriented UX Operations Intern to join our team in Barcelona. You will actively contribute to success of our UX initiatives and making UX processes more efficient through close interaction with the product design, user research and product management teams. If you are a team-player and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment — then Glovo is the place for you!

THE JOURNEY
  • Assist in identifying, recruiting and scheduling research participants for various research activities.
  • Help manage our participant panel to ensure a diverse and engaged pool of participants.
  • Facilitate communication with research participants, ensuring a positive research experience.
  • Assist in the distribution of incentives to research participants.
  • Help manage our research and design tools.
  • Assist in maintaining research process documentation and templates.
  • Help organize research findings in our insights repository.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving the efficiency of design and research processes.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
  • Availability for 6 months full-time internship.
  • Currently studying a degree or recently graduated.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
BONUS POINTS
  • Interest or understanding of UX design and research concepts
  • Familiarity with user research and survey tools
  • Knowledge of additional languages of our markets
  • Familiarity with SQL
