UX/UI & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI & Graphic Designer to join our Marketing-Team and make significant contributions to our mission of empowering specialized travel brands that change the world for the better. Our team will be happy to welcome you, and your Marketing Director Hannes will be there with you to ensure a smooth onboarding process in the company.We would be very excited if we see that you have an aptitude for understanding marketing objectives to design visually engaging and user-friendly experiences that align with our brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio showcasing their passion for illustrative design and typography, ensuring a seamless and impactful user journey.
Note: This is a fully remote position. We have marketing team members based in Germany, Sweden, France, Serbia and South Africa. Join our international team that stretches from Colombia to Japan and from Norway to South Africa.
On daily basis, you will- Improve and create user-centered designs on our websites, newsletters, blogs, E-books and ads.
- Ensure that a consistent user experience can be maintained on all end devices, with focus on mobile.
- Redevelop our UI guidelines to create an endorsed design for all our brands with colours, typography, icons, animations & interaction principles.
- Create user flows and designs to maximize user engagement and conversion.
- Create prototypes for quick testing and validation of your design ideas.
- Create ads for social media and search networks like google and bing.
- Create and optimize forms and CTA's that convert.
- Develop the look & feel of our mobile app.
- Over three years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX/UI design.
- Over three years of demonstrated experience in graphic design.
- Experience working with a design system in Figma and Adobe CC.
- You agree with the term, "form follows function".
- Conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing user interfaces.
- Business level English in speaking and writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills when communicating with team members. You are fun to be around—your colleagues will enjoy working with you!
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator is a bonus.
- Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies.
- Experience with AB tests to improve CRM campaigns.
- Passion for responsible travel and bringing cultures together.
- Experience in video editing, specially for social and display ads.
