Overview

Welcome to the Design team at LivePerson! Here you will be working on a rich and multi-layered SaaS platform that is being used daily by some of the biggest brands in the world. We are a leading player in enterprise-to-consumer communication, using the most advanced AI tools in the market.

As a UX/UI designer, you will work closely with product managers and development teams on the company’s top products. You will have a direct impact on brands and users across the globe who count on our tools for call center operation, automation, and monitoring.

You will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing. Gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and other design documentation to ensure a deep understanding of target users and their workflows.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across products.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization

You have:

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in a mid to senior-level role  (3-5+ years).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI projects, including SaaS products and B2B solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work from midday - evening (Advantage).
