As a Team Lead at Voi, you'll manage a dynamic team of Fleet Specialists, ensuring top-notch service for our users and cities. With a focus on operational excellence, you'll oversee vehicle servicing, repairs, transportation, repositioning, and battery swapping. Plus, you'll divide your time between leadership duties and getting hands-on with tasks based on business priorities.YOUR MISSION AT VOI

• Maximize vehicle availability for users' enjoyment
• Maintain high-quality standards by identifying and addressing damaged vehicles
• Optimize fleet usage and reduce costs through efficient operations
• Extend vehicle lifespan through meticulous maintenance and repairs
• Assist with vehicle deployment and warehouse operations
• Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team
• Collaborate with managers to plan and schedule work effectively
• Ensure safe and efficient completion of tasks

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

• 2+ years of experience and team management skills
• General digital work tool proficiency
• Fluent in local language and English
• Positive attitude and passion for developing people
• Hands-on and collaborative mindset
