Is this you?• Vendor relationship and performance. • Track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance. • Liaise with vendors in daily/weekly/ monthly/ quarterly (as applicable) meetings to understand issues and barriers to meeting performance target. • Develop and implement performance improvement plans, leveraging internal cross functional expertise and resources. • Report on performance in weekly/ monthly/ quarterly (as applicable) forums with senior leadership (or procurement/ sourcing team as required). • Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present, with mitigation, to management as required. • Set and review measurable targets, guidelines and action plan with vendors, and ensure that they align with the overall business goals of the Payoneer. • Actively identify opportunities to continuously enhance efficiency and quality delivered by external vendors. • Develop and sustain long-standing strategic partnership with Ops-approved vendors. • Facilitate vendor searches, portfolio benchmarking and vendor onboarding with internal stakeholders as required. • Ensure vendors are supported and aware of performance goals and contractual obligations. • Attend all vendor-related meetings that are critical to overall performance.
We’re looking for: • Educational Background: Master’s degree preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in operations, with at least 2 years in operations management. • Industry Exposure: Strong preference for candidates with experience in finance, banking, or fintech operations. Prior experience in online payment processing is highly advantageous. • Vendor Management: Proven ability to manage external partners and vendors effectively. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data. Skilled in conducting deep-dive analysis and delivering data-driven strategic recommendations. • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, adapt, and adjust strategies in response to evolving business needs and dynamic environments. • Attention to Detail: Hands-on professional with a keen eye for detail and operational accuracy. • Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English. • Work Ethic: High standards of professionalism, integrity, and a strong sense of ownership. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Service-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders effectively. • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.).
