The Vice President of Growth at The Points Guy (TPG) will oversee the development and management of an authenticated membership program and drive the product strategy for user-centric experiences in the travel and points/miles space. This role requires a strong understanding of customer behavior, a passion for creating exceptional experiences, and the ability to drive business metrics through media, site optimization, and eCommerce solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop an execute against a consumer-centric vision for an exclusive program that provides exceptional value to authenticated members. Direct P&L responsibility for this area of growth within the business. 
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance the experience for users and drive sustainable growth.
  • Define detailed requirements and user stories, collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and trade-offs.
  • Utilize data, user feedback, and industry research to identify new product opportunities, improvements, and enhancements.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of features and the overall business impact.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in building direct to consumer digital products, developing strategic partnerships, and managing a P&L.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, marketing practices, and the ability to drive business metrics through media, site optimization, customer journeys, and eCommerce solutions. Experience building and/or growing a mobile app is highly desirable. 
  • Passion for understanding customer behavior, pain points, and improving consumer-product interactions.
  • Exceptional management skills, with experience leading and inspiring high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Highly analytical mindset, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making and drive results.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Previous experience with app development, membership or logged-in user experiences is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in modeling and leveraging data to make decisions.
  • Passion for travel and maximizing points, miles and loyalty is highly desirable

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $220,000-$300,000*
  • This role is eligible to be enrolled in our long term incentive (equity) plan in addition to the cash compensation *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
