The role

As a Video Creative with a focus on concept development, you’ll be a part of our in-house Video Team based in Berlin reporting to the Lead Video Creative. Joining the Global Brand Team, your role involves developing video ads that support the growth of our brands across various global media platforms in 17 markets. You will work closely with various stakeholders from Studio, Creative, Marketing Communications and Local Brand Teams. You’ll bring your creativity and strategic approach to video concepts development to ensure that all our video assets are on-brand, on-strategy and on target.

What you’ll do
  • Own the development of creative concepts, scripts and treatments for various video initiatives in close partnership with video editors, producers and project managers, videographers, art directors and designers.
  • Collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders to develop videos that effectively achieves our objectives, primarily in paid marketing channels: stand-alone projects, part of 360 campaigns, channel-specific activations, in long and short forms.
  • Utilize performance, creative and market research data to continuously improve and optimize video content based on various signals and insights.
  • Engage with internal decision makers through captivating and powerful presentations
What you’ll bring
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in concepting, creation, copywriting for video ads in an advertising/marketing agency or in an in-house brand/creative marketing team
  • Proven experience when it comes to guiding other creatives, internally and/or externally 
  • Sound knowledge of video marketing and related metrics, media trends, storytelling techniques and engagement strategy
  • The natural use and understanding algorithms of social networks, online video platforms and emerging media channels in general
  • A meaningful portfolio of previous video marketing campaigns
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (other languages are a plus)
  • Hands-on creative project ownership and working at scale experience to manage and prioritize your time as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with and coordinate a broad variety of stakeholders
