Elastic's Marketing Project Management Office is looking for an associate to manage the Video Team’s day-to-day projects, establish timelines, and manage team resource allocation. This person will work with the Video Director, Producer, and Editors to track projects efficiently, working with both in-house and external creative partners, as well as to establish and refine processes for the team.

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic teammate with a deep desire to learn who can work in a fast paced environment. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent time management skills. ‬ It is key that the person in the role can manage stakeholder communications - effectively working through and resolving any project issues or risks in a diplomatic way, and communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.

The PMO and Video Teams are highly integrated and cross-functional, orchestrating video creative and activations across the company.

• Own the video team’s project intake: Vet all project requests, prioritize the team’s workload, and handle the proper allocation of video resources externally and internally
• Manage video project timelines from start to finish, ensuring that all team needs are met on time and within budget
• Follow up consistently with team members to ensure efficient progress on projects
• Drive proactive communication with all stakeholders and resources to ensure timely reviews and approvals
• Responsible for ensuring all relevant projects are entered into project management and asset management systems.
• Responsible for understanding project dependencies as well as maintaining overall team timelines and schedules.
• Define and communicate best practices for working with the team.
• Maintain up-to-date, weekly, monthly, and quarterly Project Status reports
• Improve the process. Collaboratively work to improve process and efficiency for the video team and its cross-functional partners. Continually strive to streamline current processes, through new tools or automation

• 2-3 years of experience
• Strong organizational skills with a shown ability to successfully support projects and see them through completion. Familiarity with video production processes and project timeline development
• Ability to adapt to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Fast learner and forward thinking, as well as highly organized and engaged
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects concurrently
• Experience with project management software (experience with Workfront a plus)
• Excellent, proactive communication skills with an ability to lead meetings and drive alignment
• Ability to build effective work relationships with cross functional teams
• A love for process and an understanding of how to map out team processes/timelines, improve upon them, and iterate.
• Experience in advertising, design, video production, or a marketing agency setting preferred, or previous experience working in a fast paced internal creative services environment
