Voice of the Customer Intern (Analytics) (m/f/x)
You will be part of the Voice of the Customer team in our International organization, ensuring stakeholders across the business understand what our customers want and how to translate this into action. You will be championing our customers and their feedback. This is a cross-functional role with exposure across the business at a senior level.

What you’ll do- Champion customer satisfaction across the International business by applying a data-driven approach to customer feedback
- Build, maintain, and improve best-in-class customer feedback mechanisms and reporting
- Track key business metrics and work with stakeholders to embed customer-centricity in decision making
- Launch new ways of improving customer retention and engaging our community
- Work closely with data and engineering teams to improve efficiency of existing data infrastructure
- Liaise with physical product teams, UX Research, and others to leverage customer feedback in a way that is responsive to business needs
- Based in our Berlin HQ
- Experience in consumer research, project management, management consulting, or other relevant field.
- Proficiency in data and visualization tools such as SQL and Tableau is essential for this role
- Highly numerate, commercially minded, and able to interrogate data and articulate hypotheses clearly
- A proven innovator with a track record of turning ideas into reality
- At home in a complex, fast-paced, demanding, and data-driven environment
- An organised and clear communicator with experience interacting with a wide range stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
