Position Overview:
As the Vice President of Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive B2C acquisition and self service strategies to drive customer growth and revenue. This role is ideal for someone that is an analytical operator with a proven track record of implementing successful acquisition campaigns, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2C acquisition strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate acquisition strategies with product development, marketing, and sales initiatives.
- Campaign Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel acquisition campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to PPC, display, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.
- Utilize data analytics and attribution modeling to refine and optimize campaign performance, ensuring a strong return on investment.
Customer Segmentation:
- Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to target specific demographics and maximize acquisition efficiency.
- Leverage customer data and analytics to identify high-value segments and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand reach and enhance acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute joint campaigns and initiatives.
- Technology and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of B2C acquisition trends.
- Implement innovative technologies and tools to optimize acquisition processes and enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematical, statistical or related field
- 10+ years of proven experience in B2C acquisition, with a track record of successful campaign management and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including PPC, display, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, set KPIs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
