VP Client Partner - Tribal Worldwide
Here at Tribal Worldwide (part of Critical Mass) we're currently looking for an experienced VP, Client Partner.
As a VP, Client Partner, you drive client success, and new business and organic growth for our Tribal office. You have the curiosity of a senior level strategist and know what it takes to manage and grow Tribal’s visibility and presence in client relationships. Seasoned leadership skills help you develop a strong team with high energy, morale, and dedication. And working with and managing multidisciplinary teams across offices doesn’t make you sweat. Most importantly, you are a polished professional with a structured approach to business and client services that reflects the culture and capabilities of the agency.
You Will:
- Provide leadership and motivation to a multi-disciplinary team to ensure work is meeting/exceeding client expectations.
- Inspire, develop and grow the Client Services team, managing performance and upskilling the team.
- Forecast, plan and execute account plans to deliver on annual and quarterly targets and business objectives.
- Set an overall vision for the account, work, and team and proactively keep the team connected to the vision.
- Add value to our agency’s evolution through knowledge sharing, best practices, and succession planning.
- Balance client and agency needs.
- Adhere to and act as an advocate for agency values and guidelines.
- Be accountable for 100% performance review completion.
- Evaluate the quality of work of your team.
- Encourage teamwork, initiative, work ethic, and values adherence.
- Contribute to the professional development plans of your team.
- Negotiate financial and operating metric targets with Executive Team.
- Oversee management of the organization, including strategic and operational planning, fiscal oversight, and organizational policies and procedures.
- Maximize accounts’ financial growth by increasing client base, establishing short-term and long-range objectives, and representing the agency to potential clients.
You Have:
- 10+ years of Client Services experience in marketing, advertising, or consulting disciplines. Agency experience.
- Experience managing accounts in excess of £3M annual revenue.
- Fantastic emotional intelligence and can leverage that to build relationships quickly.
- A strong commercial acumen and proven track record of account growth.
- A diligent and disciplined approach to financial management and reporting.
- Strong oral and written communication and are a confident and engaging presenter.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing, including but not limited to…. content marketing & management, analytics, eCommerce technology, Design System and DCO, Experience Design, front and back-end development projects….
- Proven ability to manage complex teams and client relations.
- Strong leadership skill to motivate your team.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to react quickly, assess, and implement solutions.
- Produced world class brand experiences/creative work.
