The Challenge

Reporting to the SVP, GTM Strategy and Operations, you will bring your passion for for excellence, transformative work and changes delivered at scale to drive the success of the Customer Experience organization. You will work both through others and drive strategic changes yourself. As we continue in our transformational journey, you will deliver key initiatives on time, keep stakeholders aligned and work with a “better, never best” mentality to bring continuous improvement to your operation. 

Your Mission
  • People Leadership – hire, manage and develop a high performing team of managers and individual contributor looking after all pieces of post sales activities including customer success, customer support and professional services 
  • Business Partnership – provide thought leadership and become the glue of the post sales leadership team. Be an operations driver, enable fast decision-making processes with quality outcome focus, disagree and commit mentality and foster actions to drive change and high ROI 
  • Post Sales Leadership - represent Post Sales Leadership in forum where a single point of contact is needed. Owner and driver of OnePlan post sales initiatives, reporting on results to S-Team and E-Team. Active driver of “ideas to actions” mentality with a passion for results and excellence 
  • Connect Sales and Post Sales – become the connection between sales, renewals and post sales. Able to drive actions in post sales that drive more ACV and smoother information sharing that allow for more upsell and renewal 
  • Systems Ownership – subject matter expert on systems enhancement across Certina, GainSight and salesforce. Drive monthly deployment of feature and functionality required by post sales leadership by interacting with System Architect, provide requirements and follow up on progress to ensure smooth deployment, adoption and awareness of changes deployed to both sales and post sales 
  • Challenge the Status Quo – passionate about driving improvements. Continue to challenge current state of business to drive better processes and tooling, driver of excellence and fully focus on results that are delivered on time. 
  • Architect our Process and Reporting – Designer of information sharing through reporting and dashboard. Build strategic frameworks, closely partner with cross-functional teams, and make data-informed decisions 
  • Own Post Sales AOP - Plan, manage, and deliver multiple concurrent and complex workstreams in a matrixed organization with aggressive timelines

  • An excellent C-level communicator with strong influencing and persuasion skills. 
  • Able to comprehend and communicate complex concepts. 
  • Highly skilled in change management practices and driving organizational process improvements. 
  • Able to demonstrate initiative, drive and determination to achieve results
  • Customer centric, taking full responsibility for ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and end user capability.  
  • Data driven. 
  • Passionate about creating collaborative work environments for thriving teams. 
  • A builder of teams and initiatives. 
  • Flexible when needed and able to quickly adapt to change.  
  • 10+ years leadership experience in high growth SaaS sales organizations. Including 5+ years as a second line leader.  
  • A proven track record driving operational excellence for Customer Experience organizations inside of growing SaaS companies. 
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and credibility-building that enable you to build strong relationships with senior leaders and followership with team members.  
  • Ability to work well individually and within a cross functional team and demonstrated experience working with geographically dispersed teams.  
  • MBA or related professional degree a plus. 

 

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$225,000—$337,500 USDWhere we Work

Beyond that, we give our leaders and teams the flexibility to set additional guidelines based on the nature of your role.  
  • Location-flex: Similar to other companies’ remote policies, for OneTrust “Location-flex" roles, you will primarily work from your home office location. However, you may be required to travel to our OneTrust offices or customer sites periodically based on the nature of your role.
