We are looking for a Vice President of Client Services to lead our America’s Customer Success function.

As the VP, Customer Success at Similarweb you will develop and manage a high-performing team to exceed our ambitious targets. The team works with prospective and existing clients to understand their business objectives and can effectively communicate the value proposition of Similarweb’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, service, and data offerings.
This is the perfect role for someone who has:
- Experience building and growing customer success teams at a SaaS company.
- Led Customer Success Teams: CSMs that run the day-to-day needs of an account to ensure users are getting maximum value from our solutions (success planning, QBRs, usage monitoring etc) to drive maximum revenue retention.
- Experience in digital marketing and/or consulting.
- Collaborated with diverse multinational and global enterprise-level companies.
- Experience collaborating with both new business and growth teams. Specifically, understand the lifecycle of SaaS customers and the key roles necessary to support such customers.
- Led teams of 40+ people.
- A desire to create and nurture strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage a diverse team of individuals. This includes early-stage career individuals who are eager to grow and develop as well as senior team members who need less management and more support and teamwork to execute their objectives.
- Team player. Looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team. Experience leveraging remote resources and working with company resources outside their market as well as rolling their sleeves up and getting involved where needed.
What will I bring to the team?
- 10+ years experience in leading customer-facing organizations
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
- Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
