About the role

We are seeking a leader to join our team as the Vice President, People Strategy and Services. You will focus on steering high-level People Program Management and overseeing the Global People Services function. This includes overseeing People Administration, Contingent Workforce Program, and all operational activities essential for the People Experience team. An important role on the People Experience leadership team, you will collaborate with the CPXO and all members of the People Experience leadership team to develop and execute impactful People Strategies.

You will:

• People Services Administration: Oversee global People Services administrative functions, ensuring compliance globally, and maintaining accurate records, streamlining the handling of People-related data.
• Tier 1 People Services and Support: Provide exceptional leadership, customer service, and support to employees and managers, handling inquiries, issues and concerns promptly to enhance the people experience. 
• Cross Company and Cross People Team Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and integration of cross-company and cross-People projects, to include mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration for the People Experience Team.
• Contingent Workforce Management: Manage the contingent workforce program, handling vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and compliance with contingent labor regulations. 
• Operational Activities: Lead various operations activities supporting the People Experience Team, including team communication, budgeting, planning, and OKR management. Collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with department leaders and partners to develop project plans, set milestones, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive alignment with corporate strategy and objectives to maximize project impact and value.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance within the People team.

In the role of VP, People Strategy and Services, you will report to the Chief People Experience Officer.

About You

• You have 12+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Program Management, and Administration
• You are a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement organizational growth initiatives
• You have excellent leadership and management skills with experience managing small to medium-sized teams or departments
• You have a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence team members at all levels
• You are an exceptional communicator and can articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
