About the role: 

The VP, Revenue Operations plays a critical role in leading global revenue processes, sales strategy and operations, and analytics that drive forward progress against targets. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, global consistency in processes, and conducting deep dive problem solving and solutioning in partnership with the Sales and Customer Success executive teams.  

Your contribution will be:  

  • Partners with CRO and executive field leadership to build our growth strategy and detailed operational plans to support it  
  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to coordinate effective deployment of resources, impactful programs and process/tools that remove friction to drive revenue. 
  • Leads alignment of Revenue processes globally to ensure consistency and enablement are in place to support sales reps while furthering data analytics. 
  • Fosters a partnership with Marketing to reach shared goals and drive changes in revenue trends.  
  • With Customer Experience Leadership, drive a consistent and connected customer journey through all stages of the sales and customer process.  
  • Leads the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process through impactful and detailed data insights and reporting packs.  
  • Lead and drive the design and implementation of the annual Revenue organization planning cycle, including territory and quota setting processes.  
  • Supports Revenue Leadership in turning data into actionable insights and leading internal processes and operational activities to maximize revenue. 
  • Provides analytical thought leadership, creates meaningful business insights, establishes strategic operational priorities, and develops OKRs for driving revenue growth and optimization. 
  • Drive Revenue business operational rhythm from weekly forecast cadence to quarterly business reviews to ensure the sustained, predictable balanced growth of our business. 
  • With FP&A partner, analyzes, tracks, and manages financial performance against annualized plan. 
  • Analyzes activities and pipeline participation to ensure appropriate focus on the strategic solution initiatives. 
  • Leverages data to identify gaps in process and coverage for sales territories, including identification of revenue opportunities. 
  • Leads the licensing and order fulfillment teams with a focus on customer success and operational efficiency. 
  • Establishes and role-models data integrity and management principles across the organization to maintain a trusted data set.  
  • Role models leadership principals to others, including developing a high performing team and building a succession pipeline.  

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • 10+ years of relevant subject matter expertise or experience with similar scope, complexity, span of control in previous roles
