  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance, direction and leadership to warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment;
  • Inventory Control: Implement strategies for inventory optimization, including stock rotation, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate inventory records;
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity;
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure the accuracy and integrity of incoming and outgoing shipments;
  •  Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.

You will be a great fit for this position if you:

  • Problem Solving: Act as a point of escalation for resolving complex operational issues or discrepancies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions;
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with internal stakeholders in Portuguese and English, such as management, and external partners, such as suppliers and carriers;
