Your Tasks- Write and implement front-end automated and manual test cases.
- Identify user journey drop-offs and collaborate with our team of developers, ux designers, marketers and conversion rate optimization specialists to ensure continuous improvements on user conversion flows.
- Research, recommend, and implement tools with the goal of increasing web experience automation testing.
- Plan, produce, and execute test cases, checking results to ensure the system meets performance, technical and functional requirements.
- Establish and maintain a systematic approach to ensure product quality.
- Conduct manual or automation functional and cross-device / cross-browser testing.
- A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software QA/testing.
- Proficiency in both manual and automation testing.
- Experience with plain JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- Experience with tracking and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Similarweb, Amplitude or similar)
- Strong understanding of web technologies, development methodologies, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams or within the development team in assessing and resolving bugs
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- A proactive and open-minded attitude, contributing actively to discussions and decision-making processes.
- Previous experience in web editing, web development, and quality assurance would be beneficial.
- Previous experience in marketing or conversion rate optimization roles are a plus
