We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Web Producer to join our team. As a Web Producer, you will be responsible for managing the publishing and quality assurance of global content on our corporate website, Okta.com. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, developers, and marketers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of content to our online audience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the publishing process for new and updated content on the corporate website, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on all website content to ensure functionality, usability, and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to website content publishing and performance.
• Collaborate with web developers to implement enhancements and optimisations to the content management system (CMS) and website infrastructure.
• Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web production, content management, and digital marketing.

Qualifications and Personal Skills

• Proven experience (4+ years) working in web production, content management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and web publishing workflows.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is desirable.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
