Title: Web/SEO Manager

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:1.    Responsible for the overall planning, development, and operation of Payoneer homepage. Ensure high SEO availability, security, and performance of the website.2.    Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior, continuously improve conversion rate. 3.    Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic to Payoneer homepage.4.    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website content aligns with business objectives.5.    Stay updated with the latest web technologies and industry trends, applying them to website development.

Requirements:1.    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or a related field.2.    At least 6-8 years of web development and/or SEO experience, preferably in cross-border e-commerce or financial industry.3.    Experience with building a website from scratch (0-1 experience). Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend programming language (e.g., PHP, Python, Java) is a plus.4.    Familiar with website tracking and analytics implementation (e.g., Baidu Analytics).5.    Familiarity with SEO tools and technologies (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).6.    Possess strong project management skills and teamwork spirit.7.    Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.8.    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
