YOUR MISSION AT VOIAs our new Werkstudent:in – Market Development, you’ll support our three Market Development Managers in Germany in building relationships with cities, public transport authorities, and local partners. You’ll help prepare analyses, presentations, and tenders that strengthen Voi’s footprint across German cities — contributing directly to the transformation toward sustainable mobility.

• In your day-to-day, you will:
• Support our Market Development Managers with ongoing projects and meetings
• Conduct market research and data analysis for cities and tenders
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and proposals
• Assist with local initiatives, stakeholder events, and communication

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

• You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Economics, Urban Planning, Public Policy, Sustainability, or a related field
• You’re passionate about mobility, cities, and sustainability
• You enjoy research, data, and organization — and you’re confident using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or PowerPoint
• You communicate fluently in German and English
• You’re proactive, structured, and curious to learn from an international team
