🍋 This is how you’ll change the way people eat foreverWe are looking for a Workday Implementation Manager for our ambitious, fast growing team in Amsterdam. Working in the People Team, you take a leading role in the launch and go live of our new HR system, Workday.

The successful candidate will have a strong skill set in project management, stakeholder engagement, project execution and troubleshooting. You will report into the Teamlead HR & Payroll, based in Amsterdam.

  • Collaborate and align with the Global project team leading the roll out and be responsible for coordinating the launch of Workday across the Benelux.
  • Ensure the timeline stays on track, working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and ensure a seamless transition for our payroll and various HR systems, including delivering robust testing, risk assessment, fail over planning and issue management during go-live.
  • Work closely with internal communications, you will refine the communications plan, working to adapt and improve the global framework for local engagement.
  • Work closely with our People team, you will support the training of our internal People team and upskilling managers on the new system.
  • Translate strategy into tangible and realistic plans and ensure a fast and effective implementation.
  • You will support the ‘go live’ and troubleshooting any issues.

🍉 These are the ingredients you’ll bring to the team

  • Experience with Workday is a must have requirement, as well as managing system implementations and integrations.
  • Experienced project manager (minimum of 3 years) and able to coordinate various stakeholders.
  • Be IT savvy, and work experience with Google Suite, specifically sheets and slides.
  • Be able to take on ownership and act autonomously, but work effectively with the entire People team leveraging your collaborative strengths.
  • Strong experience in planning, developing,  implementing & communicating projects from start to finish
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver hands-on and pragmatic solutions in a constantly changing environment.
  • Have strong organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Be Fluent in English.
  • Experience in HR is a nice to have, as you will collaborate closely the People team
