We are looking for a rockstar to join the team as a Workforce Planning Manager, leading processes from planning through execution. 

This role will be based in our New York, NY office.

What you'll do: 

Workforce Planning:

  • Lead cross functional processes to align our workforce composition with our business goals – locations, spans & layers, engagement models, critical skills etc. 
  • Collaborate across the company to define annual targets for our workforce composition, monitor quarterly, flag risks and suggest action plans when needed 
  • Build the processes & procedures to execute & operate workforce strategy 
  • Execute plans from design to implementation 
  • Serve as the central nerve system leveraging HR analytics to provide actionable insights to various workforce related questions 

Workforce Impact on Financials:

  • Analyze our workforce composition & cost and devise plans to improve financial metrics via talent changes 
  • Highlight opportunities to optimize compensation composition to increase effectiveness in retaining & attaining top talent, as well as economic efficiency 
  • Highlight potential areas for efficiency and collaborate with various stakeholders to execute 

What we're looking for: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience 
  • 4+ years of working on quantitative modeling with finance / FP&A teams 
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking 
  • Experience in stakeholder management and leading without authority 
  • Strong communication & storytelling skills 
  • Execution-led mindset 
  • Hands on experience in building and executing operational processes – a plus

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $145,000 - $160,000.
