Working Student - Business Analysis and Pricing (f/m/d)

The Role
You'll work together with our Principal Pricing Strategy & Operations in Revenue Operations, diving into tasks like developing and maintaining our dynamic pricing system, crafting new processes, and guiding Zenjobs' commercial team based on various analyses. One key responsibility will be to transform complex data into compelling narratives and actionable insights. You will closely collaborate with stakeholders across sales, revenue operations, account management, data science, product, and finance, leveraging data to make more informed and efficient commercial decisions. This role offers a special chance to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, pricing methodologies, reporting, and streamlining processes in a vibrant, team-driven setting.

What you’ll do
- You will play a key role in analyzing willingness-to-pay and price sensitivity logics to guide effective decision-making within our B2B and B2C departments.
- Your responsibilities will include creating insightful views and dashboards in Tableau, our reporting tool, to empower our commercial stakeholders in their daily decision-making processes.
- Collaborating closely with other teams, you will optimize existing processes and contribute to defining and documenting new workflows.
- Additionally, you will collaborate in supporting senior management by assisting in ad-hoc reporting, business modeling, and addressing other critical topics.
What you’ll bring
- You are fluent in English.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Information Management, Economics, (or another STEM field).
- You already have some work experience through internships or similar.
- You love to think analytically and enjoy juggling numbers.
- You have intermediate SQL knowledge, you feel comfortable writing more complex queries involving multiple tables and using all kinds of aggregation functions.
- Ideally you have experience with reporting tools like Tableau, or any other reporting tool.
